Kika Elkind

Kika is an accomplished business professional with over thirty years of experience and a proven track record of management success in administration, finance, hospitality management, training, software management & development, HR, and corporate/personal insurance lines.

Currently assisting individuals to enroll and understand health insurance plans. Has worked in United States, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Europe and the Caribbean overseeing all aspects of insurance branch offices, and previously installed, and trained hotel’s Sales & Catering Staff use industry’s software program (Delphi).  

Presently, enrolled in a coaching program and looking forward to work with clients and young adults in educational, professional, and personal transitions.  Holds an MBA & Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
